Some mystery writing in John O'Keefe's Bible

I am wondering if this looks like Latin?

Clare, in emails Dec 2015, you said:   "I think it says something to the effect that

.... but the ?? sentenced to be beheaded and drawn and quartered but the ...... ...... and was sentenced to transportation for life  could also then say timothy 16 years "

You also said: "You are right there is a heading torn off the bible - there is almost a faint imprint on the cover underneath. So tantalizing."

    it says -"Names of Dublin who was sentenced in 1648/1848 to beheaded drawn and quartered but the Walumi hgrdord and was sentenced to transportation for Life? (another word that might say Timothy) 16 years". Someone has written over the name and the other phrase, probably a child and made them illegible. Just above this is the word "England" but a line is drawn between that word and the mystery note and it might have been the address which someone thought to remove when the bible changed address.
